What is included in the hire?
Once you select your package, all items listed within that package will be included. All of our packages and ball pit will include our mini white picket fence and soft foam mats which go under our play area.
What is the Time frame allowance?
Your hire will be for the nominated hours of hire chosen by you. We offer 3, 5 and 8 hours hire. Included in your hire, is set up and pack down of hire equipment + the hours chosen in your package. E.g if you choose the mini 3 hour hire at 10am we will arrive at 9am to set up your soft play, we will leave at 10am to let you enjoy your soft play hire and arrive back at 1pm to pack up the soft play.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do, all bookings will require a 50% deposit as a holding fee. Any cancellations made within 48 hours or later to your booking will result in your deposit being forfeited.
What if it is raining on the day?
We suggest to always have a wet weather plan for your hire. A great alternate place for wet weather is your garage or shed, or a large space in your home. Unfortunately, the soft play cannot be set up in wet weather conditions and the booking fee will still be charged if no wet weather alternate is made.
How much space does the hire take up?
This really depends on what package you hire, but the space needed is anything from 4 square meters to 25 square meters. We will inform you at the booking stage of space required for the package selected.
Do you have a age limit?
Yes, our recommendation is children 5 and under for our soft play.

Is delivery included?
Delivery and pick are in included free in your booking, within a 35kms area from Bli Bli (Sunshine Coast).

How do we book?

Can we personalise our hire?
Yes you can, whether you want extended hire time or add extra equipment to your hire, reach out and let us know what you're after. For example if you are having a 1st birthday and book our small package you can add our squirrel riders to this booking, for a small additional cost, subject to availability.

Do you dry hire?
Yes we do, although please consider your transportation as our soft play won't fit in a standard vehicle. We recommend a Ute or trailer to hire most of our packages.
