These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Petite Play (“we”, “us”, “our”). By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments
1.1 A holding deposit booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking hire is paid in full within 72 hours of receiving the initial booking invoice.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to the event date.
1.3 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
1.4 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event may receive a credit to use within [6 months].
2.3 Cancellations made within the 72 hour period of the event the 50% deposit fee will be non-refundable.
2.4 In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a reschedule date where possible, subject to availability.

3. Delivery, Setup & Collection
3.1 The Client must ensure safe and clear access to the setup area.
3.2 Setup area must be:
• Reasonably Flat, level and clean
• Free from pets during setup, during and collection of hire
• Indoors or undercover unless agreed otherwise
3.3 Outdoor bookings require adequate shade, and approval from petite play staff before setup commences. Suitable weather conditions must be present for outdoor use. (No Rain, High temperatures, Full sun exposure)
3.4 Any long distances or difficult access must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

4. Supervision & Safety
4.1 Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.
4.2 Equipment is suitable for children aged [6 months – 5 years] unless otherwise stated.
4.3 No food, drinks, shoes, face paint, glitter, slime, confetti or sharp objects are permitted on the equipment.
4.4 Children who are unwell should not use the equipment.
4.5 No rough play, misuse of play equipment, or exceeding recommended capacity limits.
Petite Play accepts no responsibility for injury resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety rules.

5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
5.1 The Client is responsible for all hired equipment from the time of delivery until collection.
5.2 Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the Client.
5.3 Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty (including but not limited to food, drink stains, mud, slime, face paint, glitter or bodily fluids).
5.4 Replacement costs will apply for lost or irreparably damaged items.

6. Liability
6.1 Use of the equipment is entirely at the Client’s and guests’ own risk.
6.2 Petite Play shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property arising from the use of the equipment.
6.3 The Client agrees to indemnify Petite Play against any claims, damages or expenses arising from the hire.

7. Weather Policy (Outdoor Bookings)
7.1 Equipment must not be used in rain or high winds.
7.2 In unsafe weather conditions, equipment must not be used and no refunds will be given if adequate shelter is not provided.

8. Force Majeure
Petite Play shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or illness. In these circumstances Petite Play will offer full refund or reschedule of the planned hire.

9. Photography
We may take photos of setups for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not wish for photos to be used, please notify us in writing prior to your event. We will always engage with you before, for prior consent before taking any photos.

10. Agreement
By paying a deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
